I chose a 20-minute reading for £25, which, compared to some of the other psychic websites, felt very competitive. I thought they offer great prices and good value for money. The pricing is also very clear on the website, with the phone reading prices halfway down the homepage.

Ease of Purchase

There’s an option to book online, but I decided to call through to their reception service. The phone was answered straight away by a lovely lady called Melissa. She was very efficient and helpful, explaining the registration process to me clearly. She took my details and recommended a reader called Avatah for my reading. It was easy to book and pay, and the process felt professional, secure and efficient.

Quality of Reading

The reader Avatah was lovely and very gentle. She clearly had a wealth of skills and I really felt cared for and like I had a strong connection with her. Avatah is a clairvoyant psychic medium. I had a couple of questions, but she started with just connecting with me before I asked anything. It was fascinating because the questions I had were answered by her at the beginning of the reading. Avatah was kind, confident and easy to talk to; she’s definitely a very experienced reader. I had a fantastic reading and thoroughly enjoyed talking to her.

Availability of Office & Readers

From my experience, the office staff were readily available and very helpful. I also got through for my reading on my first attempt. I did notice on the website that six readers were logged on at the time, with one being busy, so there were plenty of readers to choose from.

Variety of Other Services

Luv Clarity offers psychic phone readings, email readings and text readings. However, I didn’t see any video or instant messaging options for readings if you prefer this method.

Customer Service

I had a great experience from start to finish when speaking to Melissa on the reception team. She were friendly, efficient, and professional. I assume they are also the point of contact for any issues or complaints, and based on my experience, I expect they would handle those efficiently as well.

Website

Luv Clarity’s website has a modern, feminine design that I really liked! The homepage has an esoteric, moving video in the background which looks interesting and original. There’s plenty to read about, and it explains the skills that psychics have and the tools that some of them use. I thought it was eye catching, trendy and very up to date with the times.
