I expected to pay the usual amount of around £30 for 20 minutes, but the cost was excellent – much cheaper than many other competitors! My reading was £24 for 20 minutes, and after booking, I noticed they also have a new customer offer on the website where you can get 10 minutes for just £4.99. This seemed like a great option for anyone wanting to try a taster reading with Psychic Network.

Ease of Purchase

I booked my reading via reception. When I did, I spoke to a receptionist called Andrea, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She clearly knew her stuff and guided me through the registration process while explaining how the service works. It only took a few minutes to register and pay before I was connected to my psychic. Andrea also mentioned their 5-minute guarantee – if I didn’t feel a connection with my reader within the first five minutes, I could call back and try another reader, with the minutes topped back up. I thought this was a brilliant feature!

Quality of Reading

I had a reading with a clairvoyant psychic named Angel. She was welcoming from the start, and it was clear she had plenty of experience giving readings. She explained her approach and asked if there was anything specific I wanted to focus on. Angel uses tarot cards as a tool in her readings, but she reassured me that she could set them aside if I preferred. She was fantastic and I really enjoyed my reading. Right away, Angel picked up on a family issue that has been worrying me. She provided detailed insights without me having to give much information, and some of what she said was genuinely surprising. Angel was open about what she was sensing and offered guidance whenever I asked. She was compassionate, warm, and friendly – I felt completely at ease. Considering the competitive price, I found the reading excellent value for money.

Availability of Office & Readers

The team were brilliant once I got through. Andrea apologised for the brief busy spell, which was reassuring and a good sign of demand. Psychic Network has a fantastic selection of readers. While Andrea suggested a couple, she encouraged me to browse the website and choose anyone I felt drawn to.

Variety of Other Services

From browsing the website, I saw they run a Premium Rate service where you can pay via your phone bill, as well as a text reading service for when you’re short on time. They don’t currently offer email readings, so they would benefit from this.

Customer Service

Andrea was wonderful throughout the process. I didn’t have any issues beyond registering and booking the reading, but she made me feel well looked after. It was a pleasure speaking to someone so friendly, bubbly, and keen to help.

The Psychic Network website is clear and easy to navigate. While it isn’t overly personalised, it has all the essential information. The website also offers horoscopes, regularly updated blogs, and excellent step by step guides on how to use their services. Overall, the content is fresh and engaging.
