Phone Reading for Chris Riley

Summary

Chris Riley is a Celebrity Psychic and from a young age has developed his natural talents which allow him to help people. To quote his words ‘It’s that simple’. As an Essex-born, bubbly, passionate Celebrity Psychic, Chris has created a supportive online network of talented readers who work alongside him to deliver a range of fulfilling services.  I was really happy with the service I tried and his website had a great look about it.  It just needs a few tweaks and adjustments to function fully.  

Cost

I chose a 20 minute reading which was £25, so compared to some of the other psychic websites, I thought this was very competitive. Great prices and good value for money. 

Ease of Purchase

There’s an option to book online but I chose the ‘Pay by Card’ option and phoned through to their reception service.  The phone was answered straight away and a lovely lady called Debs spoke to me. She was very efficient and helpful, explaining the registration process to me. She took my details and recommended a reader called Maggie to have my reading with. I asked if I could book a reading with Chris himself through her, but apparently you can only do that by booking online via the website. The psychic phone service is only for Chris’s psychic reader team.  It was easy to book and pay, and felt very secure and efficient service. 

Quality of Reading

The reader Maggie (pin 3991) was really good!  Looking at Chris’s website she’s is also very popular, so I was very pleased to get through to her.  Maggie is a clairvoyant psychic and uses the Tarot and Gypsy cards. I had a couple of questions, but she said she would start with the cards and see what comes up first before I asked anything. It was so interesting because the questions I was going to ask, came out in the cards anyway so I got all my answers!  I loved that Maggie was confident and easy to talk to, she most certainly comes across as a professional and experienced reader. She was really in tune with me personally and picked up some concern I had over a family member. Whilst she didn’t name the person concerned, it was immediately obvious who she was talking about. I had a really great reading and enjoyed the whole process.

Availability of Office and Readers

From my experience the office staff are readily available and very helpful. I also got through for my reading the first time I called. I did notice on the website that there were only 3 readers showing as logged on and 1 was busy so, as much as I loved our reading with Maggie, there wasn’t going to be lots of other options for us on the time I looked. Looking back at Chris’s website 20 minutes later, he had a lot more readers on so does seem to have a large team, maybe it was just a quiet time. 

Variety of Other Services

Chris offers personal readings with himself via skype or by audio messaging.  He also offers readings with his team, via text, email or by phone – via your phone bill and pay by card. I couldn’t see any video or instant messaging options for a reading.

Customer Service

I had a great experience from start to finish speaking to the reception team. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I presume they are also the port of call for any problems or complaints so hopefully they would be equally as efficient in their handling of those.

Website

Chris’s website has a calm design to it, and is modern and inviting from the get go.  As soon as I clicked into the first page, I was offered a chat option to help me navigate through the website – what a great start to anyone coming onto the website for the first time! I also noticed a very visible link to Chris’s Trustpilot reviews – this is not something I see very often, but something that will certainly put people’s minds at rest.  I did have quite a few glitches when navigating through some of the pages – there are links to daily readings from Chris but some of the visuals are missing from those pages.
