Cost

I booked a 20 minute credit card reading which was only £14.99. The price seemed very low compared to many other sites we’ve reviewed! The website was very clear and easy to use, so I could quickly pick which reader I wanted to speak to. I noticed on the homepage that Clairvoyant.co advertise ‘psychic readings from 75p per minute’ which I thought was very eye catching. It seems affordable, but still a good service!

Ease of Purchase

Booking my reading was easy and I spoke to a very friendly receptionist called Carol. She was professional and confident in helping me, and the registration processing seemed smooth and easy to do. Carol explained that I could book 20 minutes for £14.99 or 30 minutes for £19.99 which I thought was very competitive! I liked how she gave me the options, and I imagine that many customers are swayed by the upsell to the 30 minute reading. I chose 20 minutes so that my review was fair against the other psychic companies. The payment process felt secure and was easy to do. I had confidence in Carol and felt the booking process was professional.

Quality of Reading

I spoke to Marissa  (pin no.4110) who seemed to be a good Clairvoyant Psychic. She also uses the Tarot cards and seemed experienced and confident. I asked for a general reading to see what she picked up on, and Marissa brought to light many relevant topics in my life. She tuned in very well and I was able to validate her insights and take on board her guidance. I asked a few questions about an upcoming trip abroad that I’m hoping to make next year, and she gave me very detailed answers which was great. I thought that especially for the price, it felt like I received a very good quality reading and all of my questions were answered. The reading didn’t blow me away, but it was certainly good and Marissa was most definitely psychic. Perhaps not the wow factor if you’re an avid psychic reading customer, but it was certainly good and professional.

Availability of Office & Readers

I got through to Clairvoyant straight away and connected with the receptionist quickly. The service seemed smooth and professional. Carol, the receptionist, was helpful and friendly, so I felt I was in good hands. Clairvoyant seem to have quite a good amount of readers, so there was plenty of choice of who we wanted to speak to which was reassuring. I tend to read all the profiles and choose who I’m drawn to. There were 10 readers logged on and 4 available when I first looked! They are open 7 days a week and readings are available 24 hours a day.

Variety of Other Services

It looks like Clairvoyant.co primarily offer phone readings by credit card or premium rate. However, they also offer psychic text readings, webcam readings and webchat readings which I thought was interesting and gives more options than many other websites. They don’t seem to offer psychic email readings which could be something they may want to consider as they are quite popular.

Customer Service

I liked being able to speak to a receptionist and found Carol helpful and friendly, so I felt in good hands. The reading was positive and for the overall price, we really feel that Clairvoyant.co provide a good and professional service. I didn’t need to speak to customer services as there were no questions or complaints, but the do have a customer services team.

Website

I found the Clairvoyant.co website clear, easy to navigate and professional. I thought the green and white colours were unusual for a psychic website (normally pink or purple!), but I liked it and thought it presented a fresh approach. It could be seen as looking a little corporate which stands out in the psychic world! However, everything is easy to find, the readers are shown on the homepage straightaway, and they provide an excellent variety of services. The pricing is incredibly competitive and it seems like this hasn’t affected the quality of the reading, so it seems excellent value for money. They also had a decent amount of blogs on the website, though there weren’t any recent posts so it would be nice to see some fresh content. It would be great to see some horoscope content too, to complete the site.
