Phone Reading for Moon Predictions

Cost

The cost is a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, but still value for money as the experience was very good. They are also a bit limited in the psychic services options available – I would say it just looked like credit card and premium rate phone readings are the current choices.

Ease Of Purchase

I used the ‘credit card’ service and phoned the Moon Predictions reception team. The phone was answered by the owner, Sue Moon, which I liked as it felt personal and gave the impression of a caring, family led business. I was surprised to find the business owner answering the phones, but she explained that they pride themselves on their customer service and she obviously likes to lead from the front which I found impressive. The whole registration process was quick and easy, and paying for the reading felt secure. I have to say, their customer service is exceptional – I felt cared for at every point. Moon also has an online booking page on their website that looks easy to navigate.

Quality Of Reading

The reader I spoke to was called Kriss – pin number 7410.  Kriss’s website profile shows that she’s been working for Moon for quite some time and has a really great track history.  She was honestly such a pleasure to speak to, she’s so gentle and softly spoken, but took control of the call without me feeling talked over.  She was brilliant with general advice for my wellbeing, but was also able to pick up specific names of people who were highlighted in my life at the moment.  She was spot on! Kriss was able to give me some really good insight into a few different areas of my life, including some family members I’ve been concerned about. She also picked up on an upcoming event I’ve been quite nervous about, but gave me all the reassurance I needed to put my mind at ease. I did find the reading with Kriss a bit of a lightbulb moment, it’s like she could read my mind and that my reading was all about helping me clear worries, which felt so empowering. It gave me a real lift, and has made me feel confident and positive about the future! It was a great reading, and I had such a good connection with Kriss that I would like to speak to her again some time.

Availability Of Office & Readers

I had no problem getting through to the reception team. The line answered within a couple of rings, and it was a complete pleasure to speak to the owner of the company, Sue Moon. If Sue is a reflection on the rest of her team, then you are in good hands. I did feel like their customer services was a cut above the rest, and I believe that’s incredibly important for customers. Moon seems to have a great selection of readers on at all times, and they always look busy, so must be popular!

Variety Of Other Services

As well as phone readings – Moon Predictions also have a Text a psychic service, a Premium Line Service and Live Psychic Webchat. I can’t see that they offer the option of Email Readings at the moment which is a shame, as I’m sure they would be popular with their customers.

Customer Service

I spoke to Sue on reception who was, as you would expect, dynamic, welcoming and very customer friendly. As I’ve said above, Moon pride themselves on their staff and the care they give you and this is very apparent when you call. I asked if they have any kind of guarantee on their calls, which they do and said that if I didn’t connect with the reader or wasn’t happy for any reason, I could end the call within the first minutes and they would connect me to a new reader after topping my minutes back up. Whilst I didn’t have any need to complain, I felt confident that the Moon Predictions team would honour their word and I think this is a really strong selling point.

Website

Moon’s website is clear and gives you all the information you need to book your reading. I thought it was very helpful to be able to read reviews of the readers on their profiles. However, compared to some of their other larger competitors, I did feel it really could do with a refresh or a few brighter images. They do have a clear Psychic Reader page with photos of each operator which looks good. They also have a fantastic blog page full of interesting articles, which is updated regularly, plus monthly horoscopes to read through. My overall verdict on the website? Good, but not super exciting!
