I thought that the cost was very reasonable for the excellent service provided, and the reading was outstanding, so it was well worth it. I do think it would be beneficial to introduce a special rate for new customers as I’m sure once someone has had a reading with one of Michele’s psychics, they will definitely return.

Ease Of Purchase

I called the ‘book your psychic by phone’ Michele Knight service. The call was answered quickly, and the receptionist I spoke to was very efficient, friendly, polite and made me feel very welcomed! Charlotte explained to me all the various booking options very clearly and talked me through the whole process. I was impressed and really liked how well she explained everything because it felt professional and reassuring. Charlotte was incredibly warm and bubbly on the phone and seemed lovely, and very confident about Michele’s psychics. She seemed to know the psychics very well so could explain how each of them work and told me about all their skills and experience. The whole payment process was very easy, and I felt happy and secure giving my payment details over the phone. The service from Charlotte was very professional giving me great confidence in what to expect with my reading! It felt like I was using a premium service right from the beginning. Michele does also have an online booking system too if you want to book online and go straight through to the reader. I thought this was a good option if you’re a regular and have a favourite psychic.

Quality Of Reading

My reading was with a lovely reader called Kelline – pin number 2346. Kelline is a clairvoyant, clairsentient and clairvoyant and she uses the Tarot cards. She was very warm and inviting from the start which gave me real confidence in her professionalism and experience. She explained how she worked and asked if there was anything in particular that she could help me with. I asked for a general reading because I wanted to see what she picked up around me. Wow! Kelline was fantastically engaging and incredibly accurate with a lot of things that came up. Some of the points that she mentioned were quite astounding, and she gave me so much detail it was uncanny. She picked up on a few key areas such as a recent baby being born into the family, my new car and brought through a lovely connection with my grandmother. There were also a few personal topics which she was absolutely spot on with, and her insight was so reassuring. Kelline had a wonderful telephone manner and whilst she made the most of my time with her by giving me as much detail as possible, I also felt like she listened to me and let me talk. Interaction like this with a reader, can often be hit and miss in this industry! If Kelline is a reflection of Michele Knight’s team as a whole, then I was very impressed with the level of quality. It was an exceptional experience.

Availability of Office & Readers

I got through to the reception team straightaway, and called during the day. The Psychic team are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year – obviously, each individual reader will do their own hours, but it’s great to know that the service is there all the time. After reading the online profiles, my first choice of reader wasn’t available, but Charlotte did recommend an alternative reader. She explained their skills and experience to make sure that the reader worked well for my needs. I felt reassured by her professionalism and was happy to go with Kelline.

Variety of Other Services

If you want a reading with Michele’s team of psychics, there are lots of options if a phone reading isn’t your thing. You’re able to book an Email Reading, chat to a reader via SMS or webchat and there is also a Premium Rate service if you want to pay that way. I felt this was an excellent variety of services.

Customer Service

Charlotte was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She ended our conversation telling me that I could call back at any point if I had any questions or queries. I think it’s fantastic that they have a guarantee on all their bookings too. If you’re not satisfied with the reader you’ve booked with, within the first 5 minutes of speaking to them, you can hang up and call back through to reception who will top those minutes back up and put you through to an alternative reader.

Michele’s website is fantastic, and what I would describe as the ‘luxury’ psychic brand. Alongside an excellent psychic phone reading experience, this is where I think Michele Knight really stands out. Her website is far superior to most of her competitors. It’s well designed, with lots of extra features like free tarot readings and videos and articles by Michele. Michele also puts out a monthly astrology video for each star sign which is amazing. Her pricing and the services she offers are really clear and in addition to reader pictures, there are also videos introducing the team – it really makes such a difference in being able to get a feel for a reader who is right for you.
