Phone Reading for Nirvana Light

Cost

I expected to pay the average amount of around £30 for 20 minutes, but the cost was great – a lot cheaper than a lot of their other competitors! It was £25 for 20 minutes, but after I booked I also noticed that they have a new customer offer on the website where you can buy 10 minutes for £4.99. I thought this was a good option for new customers who want to try a taster reading with Nirvana Light.

Ease Of Purchase

I phoned the ‘Psychic Pay by Card’ option to book my reading.  The line was busy, so I did have to call back but got through the second time. I’m not sure if this is a good sign or a sign that they don’t have a big enough team answering the phones!  When I got through, I spoke to a receptionist called Donna who was very helpful, friendly and bubbly.  She sounded professional and knowledgeable, explaining how the service works while she took me through the registration process.  It only took a few minutes to register and pay, before she connected me to the psychic. She did also explain that they have a 5 minute guarantee, so if I don’t feel I’m connecting with the reader within the first 5 minutes, I can call back and try another reader – and they top your minutes back up. I thought this was great!

Quality Of Reading

I spoke to a clairvoyant psychic called Joanna – pin 4456. She was very welcoming from the start and it’s obvious that she’s experienced and has carried out readings for years. Very professional and interesting to talk to!  She explained how she works and asked me if I wanted to look at anything in particular.  Joanna does use the tarot cards as a tool with her readings, however, she did explain that if I wasn’t happy with her using them, she could put them to one side.  Joanna very quickly picked up on a family issue that is causing me concern at the moment.  She was able to give me some surprisingly detailed information on what was going on, without me really giving her many prompts.  I was quite surprised with how well she connected with me, and some of the things she said were mind blowing! I felt that she was also very open with what she was seeing and feeling, and was able to give me more information and direction when I asked.  She was also incredibly compassionate, friendly and warm – I felt like I was in good hands and anyone needing a reading to lift them up, would certainly feel empowered by Joanna. Considering the competitive price, I felt my reading was very good and great value for money! 

Availability Of Office & Readers

As I mentioned, I did have to call a second time to speak with reception, however at that point they were great and totally put us at ease.  The receptionist I spoke to apologised and said they had had a short really busy spell which must be a good sign! Nirvana Light have a fantastic selection of readers to choose from and, although Donna only recommended a couple, she encouraged me to check the website to see if I was drawn to anyone in particular. Donna did mention that Madga – pin number 7007 is apparently their most popular and in demand reader.  She wasn’t working when I called, but she comes highly recommended so I might try her next time!

Variety Of Other Services

The receptionist that I spoke to mentioned that they also offer a Webchat and Webcam reading so that was another option if I didn’t want to speak over the phone.  From looking at the website, Nirvana Light also run a Premium Rate service, so you can pay via your phone bill. There’s also a text service if you don’t have time to call for a reading.  I noticed that they offer an option to buy gift vouchers which is quite unusual and a great idea for a gift. I haven’t seen this on other websites, but I thought it was a nice addition to the site if you wanted to give a reading to a family member or friend. 

Customer Service

Donna, on reception, was great from start to finish. I didn’t have any issues for her to deal with other than registered and booking the reading, but it seemed a professional service, and I felt looked after and cared for.  It was also nice to speak to someone who was bubbly and friendly, and who seemed keen to help.

Website

The website is good and ‘does what is says on the tin’.  All the information you need is there, although I wouldn’t say it’s overly personal or interesting. I did love that they had things like ‘tips how to get the best from your reading’ and other useful things like that. I was also surprised to see a link to poetry written by their readers, which I thought was rather lovely and unique. The content on the website is actually very good – there’s horoscopes, and a lot of fresh blogs which seem to be updated daily. There’s also a page where you can get an online free tarot reading which was fun!
