Phone Reading for Romany Enchantments

Cost

I opted for a 20 minute phone reading booked through their credit card service advertised on the website. I paid £24.99 but afterwards noticed that new customers could have got a 15 minute reading for £14.99 via the website! I thought this would be really appealing to new customers if they’ve never had a reading with Romany Enchantments before. We also noticed that you can book via the website which is handy. The cost seemed quite competitive compared to other websites, but not cheap, so it suggests you should still get a good reading.

Ease of Purchase

Booking the reading went very smoothly and I spoke to a lovely, and very helpful receptionist called Dani. She seemed very friendly and knowledgeable about all the psychics, so I totally felt in good hands! She also explained the various reading lengths and recommended a few of the readers as I was unsure who to choose. The payment was easy and felt secure. The whole process was smooth and professional.

Quality of Reading

I spoke to a psychic called Sherrey (pin no.4436) who was a fantastic Clairvoyant Medium. She was easy to speak to and came across as very experienced, honest, direct and genuine. I was told by the receptionist that Sherrey was very popular and I could see why, so I imagine she has a lot of regular callers. I asked for a general reading, but before she asked if I had any questions, she connected straightaway and tuned in to a few recent events in my life. It almost felt like she was remote viewing too as she was describing my home, the room we had recently decorated and the changes we had made to the garden. It was almost spooky! This was really strong validation that Sherrey had a great connection, and it was all within a few minutes of starting the reading. She is very gifted and an incredibly engaging reader. I really enjoyed the reading and felt like I had got a very good quality reading for the money. I liked how she tuned in straightaway, and the reading was so uplifting and empowering. I hope that everything she said for the future comes true!

Availability of Office & Readers

When I called Romany Enchantments, I got through straight away so it was really easy to connect. The lovely Dani on reception answered quickly and the whole service felt professional and established. They seem to have a decent and large team of readers to choose from and there were 9 psychics logged on with a few available when I called, so they look busy which is a good sign. Their opening hours are 7 days a week from early to late which is great, so there’s no restriction on when you can call to book a reading.

Variety of Other Services

Romany Enchantments offer phone readings by credit card or premium rate, and psychic text readings. They also offer email readings from £30 which I thought was good as an alternative. They have a good variety of services to pick and choose from.

Customer Service

I found the customer service very good and helpful. Dani explained the service perfectly and said that if I had any issues to just call back and she would be happy to help. She was very bubbly and it was a pleasure to speak to her. I felt that the service was very good, so had no complaints whatsoever. It was a delight to try Romany Enchantments.

Website

The Romany Enchantments website has a good amount of information. I expected to see the available readers on the homepage, but I had to click through on the main menu. The page clearly shows which readers are available and which are busy. It was slightly disappointing that I couldn’t click to read the full profile of the psychics, so I couldn’t read about their skills and what tools they used. Otherwise, the website seems very up to date with recent astrology articles and new blogs. They also offer I Ching Horoscopes which I thought seems a bit different and interesting. The horoscopes were informative and of decent length which also made a nice change to the standard!
