Phone Reading for Sally Morgan

Cost

The cost for Sally Morgan’s readings are good and seem pretty standard for this industry.  I would like to see an option for a shorter reading – the shortest one on offer was for 20 minutes, whereas competitors will often provide a 15 or even 10 minute option. Maybe it’s by design, but it just seems a shame to not cater for those customers that have just got a quick question to ask but don’t want to use the ‘Pay by Phone’ (paying per minute on your phone bill) by option.

Ease Of Purchase

You can book online through Sally’s website but we chose to use the ‘pay by card’ option instead so I could book via her reception team.  I got through pretty quickly and spoke to a lovely lady called Carol. She was very helpful, explained everything perfectly, and was happy to recommend some of the readers that were available. She seemed very knowledgeable about Sally’s team of readers, and was so easy to chat to, I felt immediately at ease. Carol registered me as a customer on the system and took my payment details before connecting me to the reader. She did also mention that if I wasn’t happy with the reading within the first 5 minutes, I could come back to reception to try another psychic. I thought this was good, and shows they must have the confidence in their reader team.

Quality Of Our Reading

Carol recommended a reader called Jennifer to me – pin number 4242.  Jennifer immediately came across as such a lovely lady and was happy to take my lead on they type of reading I wanted.  I asked for a general reading as I had nothing specific to ask about, and she filled the time and more.  Jennifer took a minute or so to connect with me but once she did, she blew me away! She likes to show she has connected by linking in with events from my past, and then moving on to current topics. She picked up that a family member was struggling with a big life decision and needed my support and confidence. I instantly knew this was my Sister who was in the process of planning to relocate abroad, then Jennifer asked ‘do you have a sister as I feel a female sibling connection?’. Wow! Well, she was absolutely spot on, and as soon as I validated it, she gave me a long more information as the connection grew stronger. Even though Jennifer doesn’t advertise that she has mediumship skills, she also picked up on a loved one with me and was able to deliver a message that was so comforting and really put our mind my rest.  It gave me goosebumps and I completely believe that the person she was talking about was around me because she gave such incredible detail. It was a very special moment. She also has such a lovely telephone manner which is very comforting, it was like talking to a wise, gentle friend! I really didn’t ask a lot of questions, but felt like it was such a good reading which I got a lot from. Now I know why Carol recommended her, and I would definitely call again to speak to Jennifer.

Availability Of Office & Readers

I had no problems getting through to the ‘pay by card’ Sally Morgan reception team.  It looks like mornings can sometimes be a little busier when booking – especially after the school run, but I got through straight away.  They seemed to have quite a few readers readily available, and there was plenty of choice in skills and topics they covered We asked if there are times when it gets hard to get a reader and they were pretty confident that they have enough readers available at all times which is great!

Customer Service

Carol on reception was really lovely, professional and happy to answer all our questions. It sounds like she’s been there for years as she was so knowledgeable, and it never felt like she was reading from a script and didn’t make me feel rushed in choosing my reader. Like a lot of other companies in this industry, Sally does offer the 5 minute guarantee – if you’re not happy with the reader you’ve gone through to, within the first 5 minutes of speaking to them, you can hang up and call back through to reception. They will top your minutes back up and put you through to an alternative reader. I thought this is good, and gives you the reassurance that they have faith in their psychics, and want to keep customers happy!

Website

Sally’s website looks so bright and welcoming, and really catches your attention straight away. I loved the colours as it’s quite feminine but also comes across as professional and established. As well as being able to book your readings, you can also find Sally’s tour dates, articles, videos and shop for her books and perfume. The website is really easy to navigate and all pricing is clear.  There are links to all of Sally’s Social Media, which is great, and you’ve also got her blogs and podcast archives to read and listen to. It’s a great website and is definitely a cut above a lot of other sites!
