Wishing Moon’s motto is “to serve and inspire”. They say that they offer sincere and confidential readings at a fair and reasonable price and I would agree with that. They also claim to pick readers to work on their lines who are not only gifted, but also because they are sincere and empathic and believe that we all deserve to be blessed with joy and happiness in our lives. That was certainly true of my reading with Amber. I found her to be all those things and more, and it was a very good reading. The only stumbling block is the Wishing Moon website. There are a lot of updates needed to make it more user friendly and they need to update their pages with interesting fresh content!
As with all our reviews, I wanted to do like for like, so opted for the 20 minute phone reading booked through their credit card service. I paid £32.95 but did notice that if you booked online, you can save £5 on the cost! I’m sure that the discount would make the cost of the reading much more attractive. There’s also a new customer offer of 10 minutes for £7.50 which is a really great price for anyone who wants to try a reading with Wishing Moon.
Booking was really easy. I spoke to a lovely lady called Joanne, on reception, who was really knowledgeable and helpful. She put me at ease and fully managed the booking from the start. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of, so it seemed professional. Joanne explained my options, and kindly recommended a few of their great readers. The payment process was straightforward and fairly quick.
Joanne told me that Amber (pin no.4076) is pretty new to Wishing Moon, but has already been a hit with the customers. Her website profile says that Amber is a Clairvoyant, Medium & Tarot reader so is good across the board. She seemed lovely and friendly when she answered the call, and very quickly picked up someone in Spirit who had a message for me. It actually caught me off guard because I hadn’t mentioned anything about the situation that was brought up! It was great to have such good validation early on in the reading. She continued to talk about a few things currently going on and was so spot on with everything she said, even down to the point that she knew we had just received an offer on the sale of our house. Amber is a really lovely and engaging reader. She is definitely a psychic I would be delighted to speak to again and I’m sure a very good addition to the Wishing Moon team.
I had no issues getting through to the Wishing Moon service. Their receptionist answered straight away, and was professional and friendly. They seem to have a really large team of readers to choose from too which is great as I much prefer to have a choice to read through. There were 8 readers logged on when I called and the receptionist recommended two or three that were available. Their credit card and premium rate service is open pretty much every day, even Christmas Day which is impressive.
As the website is a bit confusing to navigate around, it’s not completely clear what they offer at first glance. With a bit of digging I could see that there were the options of Paying by Credit/Debit Card, Booking Pre-paid minutes online to save money, Paying by Phone Bill and a Text service. As far as I could see those are the only options they offer, so they would really benefit from looking into a better variety of services, things like Video Chats and Email Readings would be popular I’m sure.
I found the receptionist helpful and engaging. Joanne said at the end of our booking that if we had any issues to just call back into reception and they’d be happy to sort it. I did call back after the reading just to give my positive feedback because Amber is new. There were absolutely no complaints and every part of the service felt professional.
The Wishing Moon website has got lots and lots of information, so much so that it’s quite confusing to navigate around and distracting to the eye! There is a blog section, which also hosts tarotscopes and astrology but there doesn’t seem to be any up to date articles – in fact, some of the options haven’t been updated since 2018 which is a bit of a shame. It looks like an established site, but it just needs slightly better navigation and some good, fresh content on there.
