Benjamin on reception was fantastic from start to finish. I really felt in safe hands and he answered any questions I had with ease and professionalism. I didn’t have any problems for him to deal with other than the registering and booking the reading, but I felt looked after and cared for and he was so friendly. Benjamin made the whole experience of talking to a receptionist very positive, from start to finish.  It was also nice to speak to someone rather than book via an automated system.
